Clausing CNC Bed Mills
Clausing CNC Bed Mill with Acu-Rite Mill Power G2 control. Bed mill can be operated manually with full function DRO or automatically with easy to use conversational shop floor programming for full CNC operations. Spindle speeds by electronic inverter variable speed drive. Electrical and Mechanical high/low shift ranges provide the correct torque for your manufacturing application. One of the heaviest mills in its class, and designed to deliver all the power, precision, and versatility you will need to handle milling jobs for tool rooms and job shops, from prototyping for one-offs to small and large production applications. Combined with automatic lubrication and pendant controls these machines are easy to maintain and operate.
Acu-Rite G2 Mill Power features a 12.1” screen, USB and Ethernet communication ports, 1.4GHZ processor makes this control powerful yet easy to operate. With enhanced tool path icons, expanded tool/datum offsets DXF converter, the operator produces faster set-ups, shorter run times, and quicker shop floor programming. Use CAD/CAM software to download G-code for full three axes contour milling. This control will give a major boost in productivity, and machine performance.
Three phase voltage refers to three individual lines that connect to and run voltage through the motor. Each line alternates in a sequence as it reaches its voltage peak. This provides for a more stable flow of voltage and more horsepower to the machine.
