Warranty

Clausing warrantees the machine and control for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover normal wear items such as filters and belts or damage that results from the misuse or abuse of this equipment.

Payment terms: 30% with order, 30% before shipment from factory, balance 30 days after installation.

Price Escalation: Any increase in the cost of supplying products caused by any government law, regulation, or tariff will be added to the final price of the product. Purchasers may cancel an order due to the price escalation and receive a refund of deposits paid, less costs incurred for production progress, up to the date written notice of cancellation is received by Clausing Industrial.
