8th-axis horizontal linear motion for OB7 and Blaze cobots
Designed and built in the USA with direct factory support
Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 meter lengths
Works with all OB7 and Blaze collaborative robots
Multi-machine tending: One OB7 tends two or more CNC mills, lathes, or grinders along the rail
Assembly line integration: Perform testing, inspection, or assembly operations across multiple stations
Extended deburring: Process larger workpieces or move between deburring stations.
Packaging lines: Pack, sort, or palletize across extended conveyor systems.
Linear Rail for Blaze welding cobots
Pair your Blaze MIG or Blaze Laser cobot with the Linear Rail Transport to weld large structures, long seams, or multiple assemblies in a single automated operation.
Large structure welding: Weld frames, beams, and assemblies up to 7.3 meters (24 ft.) long.
Long seam welding: Continuous welds along extended workpieces.
Multi-fixture welding: Move between multiple weld fixtures or stations automatically.
High-volume production: Weld multiple parts in sequence without repositioning.

Length options: Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 meters
Compatibility: Works with all OB7 series and all Blaze welding cobots
Maximize productivity
One cobot can now tend multiple CNC machines, serve several workstations, or handle extended welding operations. Get more output from your automation investment by expanding where your cobot can reach.
Work bigger parts
Weld, assemble, or process large structures that exceed a stationary cobot's reach.
The Linear Rail Transport enables automation of oversized workpieces without requiring multiple robots.
Stay flexible
Available in multiple lengths and compatible with your existing OB7 or Blaze cobot.
Easily adapt your setup as production requirements change—the rail integrates with your current workflow.
Linear Rail for OB7 cobots
Combine any OB7 cobot with the Linear Rail Transport to automate across expanded work areas.
Ideal for shops that need one robot to handle multiple tasks or serve several machines.

Automation for all
OB7 collaborative robots (cobots) provide high quality, safe automation for small and large businesses alike, for practically any task that needs to be repeated—including machine tending, dispensing, finishing processes, and far more.
By ensuring that every second counts between cycles and processes while maintaining total accuracy, OB7 will provide fast gains in throughput, productivity, and consistency in production.
Zero programming means no coding, classes or special training needed. Anyone can teach OB7 to do hundreds of complex automation jobs simply and quickly. Just ‘show’ OB7 and it learns.
