Welding Tables

Standard ALMACO welding tables are built with 3/8" Grade 50 American steel. An upgrade to 1/2" Grade 50 steel is available on all models for enhanced durability and rigidity, which is especially beneficial for heavy-duty fabrication and repeated high-load applications.

All ALMACO welding tables are precision-engineered to a flatness tolerance of +/- 0.02 inches. This level of precision ensures accurate part alignment, consistent 90-degree angles, and reliable repeatability for frame, gate, and structural welding projects.

Smaller models (2.5' x 4') use 16 mm holes, while larger models (3' x 3' and above) use 28 mm holes. All tables feature a 2" center-to-center grid spacing. The top row of holes on all sides is drilled and tapped for secure clamping and fixture attachment.

Available upgrades include a 1/2" Grade 50 steel tabletop for added rigidity and load capacity, and locking casters for shop floor mobility. The 2.5' x 4' model with both upgrades weighs approximately 650 lbs, offering portability without sacrificing a heavy-duty work surface.
